ATP Dependent Proton Pump

The use of guinea pig brains has been associated with ATP Dependent Proton Pump and it is where they operate a quick freeze technique which shows a 'knob-like' appearance on the surface.

This is necessary for being able to package neutrotransmitter into synapic vesicles. These play a very essential role as the transmitter for being able to store and release compartments for the nerve terminals. It has been suggested that a ATP Dependent Proton Pump creates an electro chemical across the vesicle membrane.

There are many different varieties of intracellular membrane bound organelles. Many of these are associated with ATP Dependent Proton Pump and that many of the brain might actually contain very similar pumps.

These have been further characterized and the ATP Dependent Proton Pump has been successfully applied where others have been isolated. These have been investigated and looked at thoroughly where activity has been through a technique where methylamine distribution was used in very similar circumstances to the clathrin coated vesicles.

The great possibility of being able to look at contamination with these smooth vesicles. This is why the purified coated vesicles from the right amount of genuine pig brains is commonly being used for being able to show ATP Dependent Proton Pump and how the protein basis that has been observed can actually can account for around ten to twenty per cent of the synaptic vesicle.

The addition of this type of procedure used to be able to isolate these types of vesicles and has therefore been designed to be able to give optimal yield of these such smooth vesicles where they have the power of contaminating the final vesicles.

Therefore it has been suggested that the use of the proton pump activity has been closely observed in a fraction is not actually connected to contaimination. It has actually been suggested that these protrusions that have been found on the surface of the chromaffin granules might actually be a ATP Dependent Proton Pump.

It was therefore necessary to rule out these such contaminations of the vesicle preparations and this when then introduced by issuing Sephacryl S 1000 in this such purification process. This was actually quite small only measuring around forty to fifty nm in size although these needed to understand their actual functions.

This therefore shows that these such results and actually confirm earlier reports that these less purification processes that were suggested back in 1979 that there was an increase of ATP activity and that the transmitter content was not indeed parralel.

This therefore has the power to reflect the actual loss of the transmitter during this such preparation process. And that the activity of the ATP Dependent Proton Pump which has been compared and demonstrated these types of synpatic versicles from guinea pig brain and has the power of showing the main three features.

Which therefore has the ability of being able to cut off from the actual membrane and that the ATP Dependent Proton Pump which shows on the surface of the particle. And it is a great possibility that these such 'knob like' protrusions are indeed the equivalents of ATP enzymes.
